Cancellation made more than 90 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 79 and 29 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 28 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
If the cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, we will do our best to rent those days and refund the prepayment, deducting 10% for administrative fees. If no substitute guest is found, the deposit will not be refunded.

50 % prepayment 28 days before arrival by bank transfer *)
Deposit of 250(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
