Self check in is activated for arrivals after h 17:30 and on Sunday afternoon. We ask customers to send Identity Documents online and then, via whatsapp, we send the Locker code to pick up the keys.

Cancellations are free up to:
- 45 days before arrival for bookings included in the High Season period (July / August / September)
- 30 days before arrival for the remaining periods (Mid and Low Season)
After these terms, 95% of the total booking amount will be due.
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

15 % prepayment 21 days before arrival per credit card to the lodging
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
0,50€ City tax per person per day

Extra costs :
- Mid-week linen change (on request) = € 10/person
- The presence of a dog (only one of small/medium size) = € 5/day
- Heating (during switch-on-period*) = € 10/day
- Tourist Tax
By law, in Liguria the *heating works from November to March, it is switched on from 3 to 8 h per day, depending on the period and weather conditions, unless otherwise provided by municipal ordinances which we are obliged to observe.
