In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Cancellations made within 5 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of full cost. Any reduction made within 5 days from check-in will be charged at 50% of the cancelled nights. After check-in, any reduction in the number of nights will be charged in full.
