For the prepayment to be refunded, you need to cancel the booking at least more than (5 times the number of reserved days) before arrival.
i.e.: in case of a booking of 2 nights, the prepayment will be refunded in case the cancellation is sent with more then 10 days prior to the arrival date.
For No shows and Early bookings the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay on the credit card
