Cancellation made more than days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 00 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

100 % prepayment at booking per credit card
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
Deposit of 300(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account
