In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
WINTER & LOW SEASON: 0€ until 1 month before check-in, 50% of the booking during the 30 days before check-in, 100% during the 7 days before check-in
MEDIUM & HIGH (June - July - August - September): 25% after reservation; 50% during the 120 days before check-in; 100% during the 60 days before check-in

Any refund will be promptly made by Bank Transfer (beneficiary pays costs).
