The guest can cancel free of charge until 12 noon, 7 days before the day of arrival. The guest must pay the total price if he cancels after 12 noon, 7 days before the day of arrival. In case of no-show, the guest will be penalized for the total amount.

Parking | Underground public park just in front of the hotel (entrance at 2m). It is necessary to collect the ticket that will allow you to obtain the hotel's special price beforehand:

35€ for 24 hours (Normal price € 60) | Paid at the hotel reception
20€ from 19h to 10h (Normal price 30 €) | Paid at the hotel reception

Please collect the ticket at reception before entering the park, otherwise the hotel will be unable to apply the guest's special price.

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
