The prices are for 2 or 4 people per night for the entire holiday home for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
We charge €30 per night for each additional person. Children up to the age of 3 vacation with us free of charge.

Maximum occupancy: 7 people + 2 small children in a cot

Price reduction in the off-season for occupancy by 2 people only on the ground floor (75 m²)

The weekly change of linen (or on request), water, electricity, garbage, heating, WiFi and final cleaning are included in the price. Included all year round are the mobil & activ card for free use of all public transport and in the summer months admission to the Little Monticolo Lake.

The local tax is €2.30 per person and night over 14 years of age.
