Reservations Observations

Check in time: 15:00 - 20:00
Check out time: 12:00

Guests should be aware that there will be a supplement if you check in outside normal check-in time (15.00 - 20.00): euro 20,00 from 21.00 to 23.00 and euro 50,00 from 23.00 to 01.00. Check-out time is from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Cancellation Policy:

In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Cancellations made up to 3 days before check-in: no charge. Cancellations made within 3 days before check-in: First night will be charged. No Show: Total amount will be charged.
In case of Super Flexible Offer The guests can cancel free more than 1 day before arrival. The guests will be charged the total amount of the reservation if they cancel in the day before arrival.

Payment Policy

No pre-payment is required. You only have to pay at the hotel.
In case of fully prepaid non refundable rates, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
