Payment Policy

40 % prepayment at booking per credit card
Deposit of 300(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

General Hotel Observations

Included in the rental price: gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, WiFi, use of washing machine, barbecue and swimming pool. For stays of more than one week a weekly change of bed linen is included.

In high season you can rent the accommodations on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum stay is one week.

In the low - and mid season you can choose any arrival - and departure day and the minimum length of stay is three days.

There are no extra beds available, only in the Apartment Gola della Rossa it is possible to put a 5th bed (for an extra adult or child). There are no costs attached.
