Minimum fare for apartment A4 is referred to 4 people.
Minimum fare for apartment A2 is referred to 2 people.
Additional person per day: 35.00 €uro.
Final cleaning: 60,00 €uro - in winter included skibus.
Arrival and departure day: Saturday or Sunday.
Apartment is reserved from 2:00pm of your arrival day, to 9:30am of your departure day.
Apartment-reservation, can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 1/3 of total amount.
Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day.
The change of the linen is weekly.
Little cleaning service every Tuesday.
We accept animals (8 €/day).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation valueCancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 80 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
