In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
In case of renewed problems and restrictions by Covid-19 within this period, a voucher will be issued which will be valid for 24 months from this date.

BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation of unforeseen events and provides a 100% refund of amounts already paid in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy in force at the time of booking (including Covid-19 infection of a group member).
"Cancellation" insurance cover included in the insurance policy will be applied to the amount already prepaid (deposit and balance).
The included insurance cover for assistance remains unchanged.
