· The hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express credit cards. Alternatively, you can settle via EFT (Electronic
Funds Transfer).
· To confirm a reservation, a 20% non-refundable deposit is
required within seven days after the reservation has been made.
· Full payment to be received 45 days prior to arrival.
· Babylonstoren reserves the right to cancel a booking should
payment not be received as stipulated.
· We recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel
insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident,
medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
· The hotel reserves the right to amend/change rates without prior notice.

· 2 nights minimum over weekends (Fri–Sun) in low season
