2) Bookings for 3 to 4 rooms:
- no penalty will be applied for all cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival date;
- for all cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount;
- between 15 and 2 days will be charged 70% of the total amount.
- for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
3) Bookings for 5 to 8 rooms:
- no penalty will be applied for all cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival date;
- for all cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount;
- between 30 and 2 days will be charged 70% of the total amount.
- for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
4) Bookings for 9 or more rooms:
- no penalty will be applied for all cancellations made up to 90 days prior to arrival date;
- for all cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount;
- between 60 and 2 days will be charged 70% of the total amount.
- for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

30 % prepayment 7 days before arrival per credit card
PAYMENT: Prepayment must be made at least 7 days before the arrival of guests, by credit card or bank transfer.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking for groups of minimum 3 rooms, non-refundable.
