Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50 % of pre-payment

There is a 500 Euros refundable damage deposit for all stays.
There is a 500 Euros cleaning fee.

Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account

Although we do have a cleaning staff we require that on departure guests leave the house, equipment, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans in a clean and tidy condition. We thank you for your co-operation.
