Check in: we want you to know that our reception is usually open since 12:30am to 2pm and since 4pm to 8pm. For this reason we kindly ask you to let us know the time of your arrival. For check-in after midnight is requested a small extra fee of 15 euros.


Between March and November it will be possible to reserve the use of a relaxing hot tub, on the sun terrace.


All the rooms of the b&b are at the first and second floor of the palace. Even if the b&b doesn't have a lift, our staff will help you to take the luggages upstairs.


Pets are welcome, if they are used to stay indoor.


Upon the check-out date we will nicely ask you to leave the room around 10:30am; however, our guests will be free to leave the luggages at the reception before of their departure.


Terms of payment: we can accept cash or credit card (visa, mastercard). We usually ask to pay the bill the evening before of the check out date.

For reservations of the entire villa we might apply a different cancellation policy.

Cancellation made more than 10 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 9 and 4 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 3 and 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

Our breakfast offers day by day different sicilian products. Upon your arrival we'll ask you to kindly inform us about any kind of food intolerance or allergy, in order to set the buffet.
