Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 75 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
The payment of the house (50%) is made at check-in in cash, as well as the deposit and the cleaning task.
