Cancellation made more than 16 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Advanced non-refundable guarantee deposit upon reservation: 30% of the total amount;
Cancellation from 14 to 2 days before arrival: penalty of 50% of the total amount;
Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show: penalty of 100%

25 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the lodging
75 % prepayment 15 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
We ask a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer and the balance 15 days before the arrival
If cancellation is received :
- within 16 days of the established arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full
- since the balance, in the event of cancellation or no show, we will charge the full amount of the stay
