All bookings have to be confirmed by a deposit equal to 30% of the house rental fee to be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of the submission of the offer by the Property to the Guests

In case of bookings made within 59 days before the date of arrival, full cost of the Stay (meaning the House Rental fee and the Security Deposit) will be paid within 48 hours from receipt by the Guest of the Offer and the House Rules of the Property.
