The reception is open from 7 am until 9 pm. If you might want to check in later than this time, please notify uns accordingly.
Also please bear in mind that our rooms are meant for 2 people per room. If you want to bring a child, let us know as we can not accommodate children in all rooms due to the size and layout.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made more than 2 days before arrival: no chargeCancellation made between 2 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
100% pre-payment and non refundable rates: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded

Payment Policy
No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.In case of FULLY PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATES, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or modification.
