In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

75 % prepayment 14 days before arrival per credit card to the lodging
Deposit payment of 25% required by booking and balance 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date, no fee will be charged. If canceled between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date 50% of the amount will be charged. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before arrival 75% of the amount will be charged. With less than 6 days from the date of arrival/ in case of no show or early departure the total amount will be charged, 100%

If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

Price per room; including breakfast buffet, service charge and VAT. Use of the spa pool and Wellness Suite is free of charge. The rooms are equipped with Sat-TV, mini-bar, safe, beach towels, and bathrobes and partly with W-LAN. All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
