Cancellation made more than 40 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 40 and 28 days before arrival: 60 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 27 and 1 days before arrival: 90 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation, we will apply the following tiered cancellation fees:
If you cancel up to 40 days before your date of arrival, a fee of 30 percent of the booking price will be charged.
If you cancel between 39 and 28 days before your date of arrival, a fee of 60 percent of the booking price will be charged.
If you cancel between 27 days and one day before your date of arrival, a fee of 90 percent of the booking price will be charged.

No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card. We can only return your initial advance payment to you if replacement guests are found for the period you have booked.

Deposit of 50% of reservation (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account
