The minimum stay in high season (July, August and September) is 7 nights.
In mid-season and low season (October until June) the minimum stay is 3 nights.

There is a cleaning fee of 180 €

The security deposit is €2.000/stay, and is transferred by the guests (via bank transfer) at least 30 days before arrival, and is paid back to the guests (via bank transfer) within 14 days after the check-out minus 3% administration fee and the cost of any damage that occurred during the stay.

One baby crib (with mattress and linens provided) with one high chair is available upon request and free of charge.

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: 3 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value

Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
1. The cancellation of the booking by the Renter is possible up to 60 days before the arrival date. We will transfer back the amount paid minus an administration fee of 3%.

2. Cancellations made by the Renter with at least 30 days notice before the arrival date will result in the down payment of 50% being retained as compensation for the expenses incurred.

3. Cancellations made by the Renter less than 30 days notice before the arrival date implies a full retention of the rental rate as compensation for the expenses incurred.
