In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

Car Parking
There are two free car parks close to the Guesthouse. Upon making a reservation the bed & breakfast will send you directions to these car parks. Cars parked here are at owners' risk.

Smoking
By law, smoking is NOT permitted within any part of the Guesthouse. The smoke alarm will be triggered if it detects smoke in any part of the building. Smoking is not permitted on the private patios adjacent to the rooms. Ashtrays are provided on the roof terrace if you wish to smoke there.
