Check out time: 10:00

Rates in Euros, per night, including taxes, without meals. Babies up to 2 years don´t pay;
Check in is guaranteed after 14:00. Check out should be done till 10:00;
Linen and towels are provided. Twice a week, there is storage and cleaning of interior and exterior spaces;
To make up meals, there are some points in the vicinity of sale of essential goods;

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 25 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
50 % prepayment 7 days before arrival per credit card
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
