Breakfast is included for guests staying in the Main House.
The owners offer self-catering guests fresh bread daily. In the non-profit Honesty Shop, you will find items to complement your breakfast.
Guests staying in self-catering accommodation are also welcome to enjoy the breakfast served outside (additional fee of 18€/person/breakfast).
By request and for the additional rate of 18€/2 people, they can also deliver a breakfast basket to your house 8.30 – 9 am.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
Non-refundable bookings require full payment at the time of booking, are non-transferable to another person or date and will not be refunded if cancelled. If you chose a non-refundable rate, we will charge the booking credit card within 24 hours in order to complete your reservation.

Standard Rate Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 3 days before check-in. If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, a cancellation fee applies (1 night for bookings of up to 2 nights, or 30% of the value of your booking for longer stays).

Children aged 2-14 on an extra bed are charged 25€/night.
15-year-olds and above on an extra bed are charged 35€/night.
Only one extra bed per accommodation type is provided. Not all rooms and self-catering units are suitable for extra beds.

Parking at Levada is free. Every house has an allocated parking space.

There are bicycles you can borrow to ride inside Levada and mountain bikes for hire for 20€/day.

The free self-service laundry room is open daily. Washing is air and sun-dried; if you need to use a dryer, please contact a member of staff.

Rooms in the Main House are cleaned daily. Houses are cleaned daily Monday-Saturday.
Bed linens and towels are changed every four days. All bedsheets and towels are 100% cotton and all pillows are hypoallergenic and free of animal products.
Soap, shampoo and toilet paper is provided.

Well-behaved pets may be accepted at self-catering houses upon agreement. Cats and dogs are charged 15€/night, and a damage deposit of 100€ is required in cash at check-in.
