We will welcome the guests at the house on the check-in day to give them the key and welcome them.

The check-in can be done between 4 pm and 7 pm and the guests must inform us in advance about their arrival time. A check-in later than 7 pm is charged extra and must be discussed in advance. €1,000, prior to check-in via cash, credit card, electronic transfer to owner

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 60 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
The minimum stay in high season (June, July, August and September) is 7 nights.
In low season (October until May) the minimum stay is 4 nights.

The security deposit is €1000/stay, and is transferred by the guests at least 30 days before arrival and is paid back to the guests within 14 days after the check-out if no damages.

50 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the lodging
50 % prepayment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
Deposit of 1000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
