In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. for cancellations up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount
b. for cancellations from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount

30 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the lodging
100 % prepayment 8 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
The reservation is only final after a 30% deposit of the rental amount has been paid.
The remaining amount, including the above-mentioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Prepayment not refundable
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
