Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 28 days before arrival: % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 27 and 7 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

Check-In time: 2pm – 8pm (If you are arriving after 8pm, please call to advise us of your arrival time).

Check-Out time for guests and their cars is at 11am. Late Check-Out may be arranged if available.


Parking

We do offer off-and on-street parking with a limit of one car per room. Parking your car at the Casa Carpe Diem B&B is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for damages inflicted to your car while staying at our guest house.


Minimum Stay Requirements

During the season the minimum stay is 3 nights for our B&B guests.


Rates, Deposit and Payments

All rates are subject to change without notice and include applicable room taxes and fees. Rates are quoted in Euros (€) for single or double occupancy of a suite per night.

Cancellation Policy

- For reservations cancelled or amended more than 28 calendar days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee (at least 25€ per room).

- For cancellations made between 27 and 7 calendar days prior to arrival, 50% of the total charges will be applied.

- For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, no show or shortening of stays*, 100% of the total will be charged.

* No refund for early departures.
