The accommodation has different rates & cancellation policies :

Standard rate: The total price will be charged 14 days before arrival
Semi-flexible rate (5 nights minimum stay): 30% prepayment non-refundable at booking and 70% refundable if cancellation occurs until 14 days before arrival
Non-refundable rate: 100% payment at booking


If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

The apartments are cleaned every three days with a change of towels. The linen is changed once a week.
