Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 32 days before arrival: 20 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 31 and 16 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 15 and 1 days before arrival: 90 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, you can contact your insurance broker for this. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

up to 32 days before arrival 20% of the rent
from the 31st to the 16th day before arrival 50% of the rent
from the 15th to the 1st day before arrival 90% of the rent
from 24 hours before arrival or at 'no-show' 100% of the rent

Payment Policy

20 % prepayment at booking
80 % prepayment 32 days before arrival by bank transfer *)
The rent is calculated per week.
Advance payment of 20% to be paid at booking
Balance + security-deposit from 250€ to be paid 32 days before arrival
The security-deposit will be refunded one week after your indemnified stay
