Note that the house with 4 rooms the cancellation policy differs being that if you cancel more than 30 days before the entrance, the prepayment is returned and there is no penalty.
If you cancel 30 to 15 days, the hotel stays with the 30% prepayment, if you cancel between 15 to 1 day you will be charged 50%.
