A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation more than 42 days before arrival: only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation 42 days or less before arrival: no refund applies and 100% of the total stay will be charged.

Refundable security deposit: The owner requires a €250 security deposit to cover any potential damages or incidents. It must be paid by bank transfer 42 days before arrival, together with the final balance. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.
