Hours of regular check- in (with luggage deposit) are everyday from 9.30 am until 8.30 pm. From 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm there is an additional check-in fee of Euro 50,00. Outside of the above days and check-in hours, approval of Booking Request will be granted at the discretion of the owner. For clients wishing to have some extra hours after check-out time, stay may be granted for an extra fee of Euro 50,00 (until 6pm maximum and provided that there are no other scheduled arrivals). The extra lunch on the day of check out, booked in advance, will cost an extra of Euro 25,00.

Guest’s stay is completely independent. There is no Reception service but the owners and their collaborators at disposition for every need 24 hours a day.

On demand, owners can offer extra services with extra payments.

Cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 21 and 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
