In case of cancellation upto 12 weeks prior to the arrival date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded

If during your stay you shorten your booking we reserve the right to charge 100% of the original booking value.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required and until it is received the booking is not confirmed. By paying this you are entering into a contract with us and accepting these terms and conditions. The same applies when you supply credit or debit card information. Please note deposit payment by credit card and debit card can only be taken with the cardholder present at Casa Fajara. Any payments made by credit card are subject to administration fee. Payment of your deposit by bank transfer should be made in good time for clearance and must have cleared our account before your arrival.
For multiple bookings full payment may be required in advance of arrival and you will be advised of this at the time of making a reservation.
The balance of your booking costs are due at the time of arrival.
If you book 4 or more rooms at the same time it will be classed as a “Multiple Booking”. If you request a Multiple Booking we will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of your accommodation at the time of booking.
We accept cash in Euros and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or foreign currency.
All payment card data that we process, store or transmit adheres to the Data Security Standards as defined by the Payment Card Industry.
Occasionally we may notify you of special offers and promotions and advertise them on our website. Payment for such offers or promotions must be made in full at the time of booking and will are non-refundable. We will notify you of this at the time of booking.
