If the child needs a cot, it has to be provided by the parents, we only have an extra bed for adults.

The minimum stay for a full house rental is two nights.
Parties without prior notice to the property are not allowed.

In case of damage or loss of any material of the property, the guest must pay for the costs.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 15 and 1 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 90 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
The cancellation policy is defined in the contracting conditions. If the reason for the cancellation is due to force majeure or a pandemic situation or government regulations, the cancellation policy may change.

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
If you book one of the rooms or the whole house, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is requested. In case of renting the whole house, a deposit of 250€ will be added. Both the prepayment and the deposit must be paid by bank transfer.

If the request is for a social or business event (wedding, anniversary party, courses, product presentation etc.) the contracting conditions are different.

Pets are accepted with prior notice and with conditions.

Only one or two people can sleep in each room. If there are more guests it is necessary to book an extra bed with an extra charge of 25€ per person per day.

Smoking is just allowed on the outside.

The kitchen and the barbecue can only be used if you rent the complete accommodation.
