Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 7 and 1 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 1 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Non Refundable Rates: Cancellation Policy - The total price of the reservation will be charged upon reservation confirmation. Please note that: if cancelled, modified or in case of a no-show the total amount of the reservation shall not be refunded.

Refundable Rates: Cancellation Policy - The reservation should be paid during the check-out.
In case of cancellations submitted 7 days before the check-in date, there is no penalization. Any cancellation submitted after this period shall be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of a no show or cancellations on the check-in day, will be imply the payment of 100% of the reservation.

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
In case of fully prepaid non refundable rates, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
