The minimum stay in high season (July, August) and in mid-season (April, May, June, September and October) is 7 nights.
In low season (November until March) the minimum stay is 3 nights.

The security deposit is €3.000/stay, and is transferred by the guests (via bank transfer) at least 30 days before arrival and is paid back to the guests (via bank transfer) within 14 days after the check-out if no damages.

The use of the pool heating is on request at the time of booking and costs €50 euros per day.

One baby crib (with mattress and linens provided) with one high chair is available upon request and free of charge.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
The cancellation of the booking by the Renter is possible up to 31 days before the arrival date. We will transfer back the amount paid minus an administration fee of 3%.

50 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the lodging

Deposit of 3000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
