• prices are VAT included and are per room/night, breakfast & unlimited WiFi included
• local council tourist tax of 2€ per night per person is to be paid separately upon check-out
• we`re open from 15/3 till 30/11 but open our doors upon request outside this period too
• low season 15/03 – 31/05 and 1/10 – 15/12
• high season 1/06 – 30/09
• in July and August we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday (min. 1-week stay)
• in June and September we only accept bookings for a minimum of two nights
• we require a prepayment of 100% of the total amount due upon booking, your booking is confirmed only after we have received the complete payment on our account
