Cancellation made more than 40 days before arrival: 20 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 40 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 14 and 2 days before arrival: 90 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 2 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value

25 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the lodging
75 % prepayment 40 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
Although Secret Places has requested your credit card details, this are only as a guarantee. The credit card given will NOT be debited. After you receive our booking confirmation, you will be contacted directly by the House management, Tom & Krista Gysels, to complete the payment—preferably via bank transfer.

The Price includes the final cleaning
Deposit of 300(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
