Check in time: 15:00 - 20:00
Check out time: 11:00

We have a 3 day minimum stay policy.
One of our accommodations is for 4 people (it consists of two rooms connected to each other) and it is usually perfect for family of 4.
Check-in between 3pm and 9pm. Check out by 11pm.
Cleaning room service every three days.
We love pets but we are not able to accommodate them at the moment.

Tourist tax not included in price

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 45 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 44 and 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 70 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
50% of the total is due at the time of reservation, the remaining 50% has to be paid in cash at check-in or via bank transfer. In this last case the payment should be finalized no later than the check-in day

Security Deposit
250 euros security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned to guests at check-out

General Hotel Observations

Casa Sadde is located in the middle of the Sardinian countryside.
We are about 30 mins by car from Olbia port and airport.
The closest places to dine out are two great agriturismo 4 and 8 km away and two pizzerias 7 km away. Many more options can be found along the coast or in towns about 30 mins away by car. We are happy to share with our guests a list of our favorite restaurants.
The closest village is Padru (7km away) and there you can find grocery stores, bakery, bank, pharmacy, laundry service, bar, etc.

Cleaning room service is every three days. BUT PLEASE NOTE that while room cleaning and towel change is every 3 days bed linens get changed WEEKLY. Please note that the final cleaning fees are as follows:

Room Suite: 50 EU
Room Apposentu: 20 EU
Room Nest: 40 EU
