After we have received the information about the composition of the group and the initial 25% deposit, the booking will be recorded. We then will block the dates in the calendar.
The remaining part (75%) of the rental price as well as a security deposit must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.
The deposit is €1000,- and has to be paid together with the remaining second part of the rent. As soon as no damages have been established after the end
of the stay, this deposit will be refunded a.s.a.p.
1 baby bed and -a chair is included. Every other bed gives an additional
price of 50,- € / stay
Prepayment not refundable
Deposit of 1000(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

The rental period always lasts at least a week with a changeover on Saturday. During the high season (July and August) the house can only be rented as a whole house with 5 bedrooms.
During low season, the duration of rent is more flexible (minimum 5 days), as the time of changeover, and the number of rooms (minimum 4 rooms).
