To formalize the reservation, you have to transfer 50% of the total amount of the stay, plus 50% of the cleaning fee, that includes the preparation and general cleaning of the house and swimming pool, and includes the supply of household linen, (bed linen, bath towels, 2 pool towels, outdoor mat in the pool area, tablecloth and kitchen towels, 1 trash can bag, 2 toilet paper rolls)
Deposit of 200(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
