There is an additional fee of 15€. per day for a 3rd guest, and 25€ per day for 4 guests.
The weekly fee for 3 guests would be 105€ extra and 175€ extra for 4 guests.

Due to the 2 bedrooms being separated by the central courtyard, Casita de Flor is not suitable for young children, however we can accommodate babies and small toddlers who would be sharing the bedroom with the parents.

Cancellation made more than 90 days before arrival: 20 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 90 and 61 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

20 % prepayment at booking per credit card
80 % prepayment 56 days before arrival per credit card
20% booking fee is non-refundable after a period of 48 hours from the booking.
remain 80 % is to be paid 8 weeks before check in day.
Payments can be made by credit card or van transfer.

Casita de Flor advises all guests to hire a car as Casita de Flor is situated in a a quiet rural village. This will make it much easier to get around the island.
Also the 2 bedrooms are separated by the central courtyard, this means that babies and small toddlers who would be staying in the same bedroom as the parents can be accommodated and older children/ teenagers who can sleep in the 2nd. It would not be suitable for small children of ages in between this.
Also there are 3 friendly cats who might want to come and say hello.
