All rooms are equipped with a double bed. If you need two single beds, please indicate this when booking. This does not apply to the TORRE room. No four-person rooms are available. With the exception of the TORRE room, a third person can be accommodated in any of the rooms. Single room is TORRE only. NO PETS ALLOWED. Children sharing a room with their parents have to pay an extra charge of EUR 44 per person per day. Only one extra bed (one extra person) is allowed per room. The tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day is not included in the room rate.

Cancellation made more than 3 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made less than 3 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Throughout the year - with the exception of the period 15 July to 12 September - changes or cancellations are accepted free of charge when such change or cancellation is made three days prior to the client's arrival. If the change or cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the client's arrival, a charge of one night per room changed or cancelled, including tax, will be made.

- In the case of long weekends and public holidays, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise a charge of one night will be applied for each room booked.

- In case of NO SHOW, or modification the hotel reserves the right not to refund the prepayment.

- For the period from July 15th to September 12th if the change or cancellation is made 18 to 3 days prior to arrival, there is a penalty of two nights for each room booked, including VAT. If the change of date or cancellation is made two days or less prior to arrival there is a full charge for the total number of rooms/nights booked. No refunds are made for early departures. In case of early departures, up to 80% of the total amount of the initial reservation will be charged.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
