Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case of cancellation at least 15 days before the scheduled date of stay, the check will be returned. In less than 15 days, the check will be cashed. In case of less than 1 week, the entire stay is due in Euros. These conditions do not apply when it has been agreed between the customer and the host of a non-refundable prepayment.

There is a pre-payment of 100 Euros when booking, payment by bank transfer.
