Booking Conditions

Reservations Observations

Check in time: 17:00 - 20:00
Check out time: 11:00

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
50 % prepayment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer *)
Deposit of 600(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account

General Hotel Observations

The house has a free parking service.
When renting for more than 5 nights, cleaning and changing towels are done and if the booking is for 10 nights a change of sheets is also done. This is included in the price. Daily cleaning can be ordered but will be an extra.
