The final cleaning is included. If desired, additional cleaning can also be carried out for an additional charge.

Additional services

Additional services can be requested separately by email. These include: bathrobes (15 EUR/coat), children's kit (Stokke chair with newborn seat & child seat, changing mat, bottle sterilizer from Philips, children's stairs, potty 15 EUR one-time), dogs (15 EUR/night/dog, max. 2 dogs).

​​Our house rules
Smoking is not permitted in the house. The house is not rented to groups of people under 25 years of age. We cannot accept more than 6 guests.

Out of courtesy and respect for our friendly neighbors, loud music, outdoor parties and barbecues are not permitted. Accordingly, we ask that the volume on the sun terrace be reduced from 10:30 p.m. - in keeping with the quiet environment.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 29 and 8 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value

Immediately and no later than 4 days after booking, the tenant must pay 50% of the agreed fee to the specified account or using one of the specified payment methods. If payment is not made within the specified period, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the booking.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to check-in.

If at least 7 days remain until check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount for all booked nights.

If you arrive less than 7 days before arrival, we unfortunately have to charge the full amount (minus cleaning costs of EUR 125.00), as it is very likely that we will no longer be able to rent our house at such short notice.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days left before check-in.
