One month before arrival, the remaining amount is due, plus a security deposit of 300 EUR per holiday home.

Minimum rental periods: high season 7 nights, mid and low season 3 nights. Fragonard is only available weekly or for longer periods in all seasons.
Dogs are allowed upon request in Renoir and Cézanne. Please contact us if you plan to bring a dog. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 40 EUR for the entire period for each rental unit.
All houses come with TV and free WiFi (fiber optic).
