In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellation policy:

No charge for cancellations received 8 days prior to arrival date;
 From 7 days before the arrival day all nights will be charged;
 In case of a shortened length of stay, early departures or date amendments all nights will be charged;

Full client names are to be made available at the time of booking and no name changes will be allowed within the cancellation period.

Please note that 7 days prior to arrival we will pre-authorize the credit card for the entire amount of the stay. Only reservations fully guaranteed will be held.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
The Hotel will pre-authorize full amount of the reservation 8 days prior to the arrival of the Guests.
